Our company recently held a Conference in Hoi An for senior staff from around the world, and I needed to arrange for transfers from/to Da Nang Airport and the hotel. I contacted a few companies advertising such services, and received a very prompt response from Ms Phuong. This was to be the first of many communications over the course of several weeks, as the arrangements for the meeting became finalised. On every single occasion, Ms Phuong’s communication was first class – prompt, and everything confirmed. Her prices were excellent. There were several last minute changes both before and during the week of the meeting, and every change – some at very short notice – was met with good humour and no problem.
She also arranged a trip to My Son UNESCO Heritage Site for some of us, and her price including an excellent guide, was far cheaper than the hotel.
Every one of the 30-something pick up’s was on time, and when things didn’t go to plan – for example one of our group booking a transfer through the hotel too – she contacted me to check, not wanting to leave anyone behind.
When you’ve travelled half way around the world, you want to come out of the airport, see your name on a board and go straight to the vehicle with no delays or problems. Everyone of our 40 guests was able to do that.
In person, she is very nice, and lovely to deal with. I cannot praise her services enough, and and if you are reading this with a view to booking either transfers or tours, don’t go anywhere else!
